CBSE 12th Result 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to declare the CBSE Class 12 Result 2026 later this week, likely towards the end of the week, and students are advised to keep all necessary login credentials ready in advance to avoid delays while checking their marksheets online.
Once the results are announced, students will be able to access their scorecards through official websites including cbseresults.nic.in and results.cbse.nic.in. Due to high traffic immediately after the declaration, students often face login issues or delays, making it important to keep credentials prepared beforehand.
To download the CBSE 12th Result 2026, students will generally require:
- Roll Number
- School Number
- Admit Card ID
- Date of Birth (in some cases)
These details are available on the admit card issued by schools before the board examinations. Students are advised to keep a digital and printed copy of the admit card safely accessible.
CBSE usually provides multiple result access platforms including DigiLocker and UMANG. For DigiLocker access, students may additionally require:
- Mobile number linked with Aadhaar
- School-issued access PIN
- Registered account credentials
Students who forget their credentials may face delays in accessing results on declaration day when websites experience heavy traffic.
Last year, the board announced the results in May, and a similar timeline is expected this year as well. Reports suggest that the Class 12 scorecards are likely to be released by the end of this week after completion of final evaluation formalities.
The online marksheet will include subject-wise scores, overall percentage, qualifying status and other important details. However, the digital copy is provisional in nature, while original marksheets will later be distributed by respective schools.
Students are advised not to rely on unofficial websites or random social media links claiming early result access.
